COOK III Job Summary: The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling us to provide our 5 Star Global Gourmet cuisine to all our guests. He or she will work in the kitchen to assist the Executive and Sous Chefs with their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Providing guidance to entry level cooks and assisting with on-the-job training Prepping workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Preparing necessary ingredients (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Keeping work area, equipment and tools in immaculate condition Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Maintaining a sanitary and orderly environment in the kitchen Qualifications: High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma Completion of apprenticeship/certification in culinary training from a vocational institute Food Handler’s Permit
