Senior AI Developer

Responsibilities

Lead and actively contribute to AI solution development: model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production integration. Design and implement scalable AI systems, APIs, and data/inference pipelines. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor engineers through code reviews and design guidance. Define technical roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders on scope and priorities.

Provide project leadership (scheduling, resource alignment, risk/issue management) to keep delivery on track. Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, security, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business units to translate objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.

Report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to directors and key stakeholders.
