The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others. It supports Plaskolite’s operational goals by minimizing unplanned downtime, improving equipment reliability, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Maintenance Technicians are expected to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain optimal plant performance.
