Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals. Conduct audience research to understand target demographics, behaviors, and pain points. Define content goals, themes, and messaging frameworks for different channels.
2. Content Creation & Optimization Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content (blogs, website copy, whitepapers, social media, etc.). Collaborate with writers, designers, and video teams to ensure brand consistency. Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
3. Editorial Calendar & Workflow Management Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely content publishing. Manage content workflows, approvals, and revisions efficiently.
4. SEO & Performance Analysis Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Adjust strategy based on data insights and engagement metrics.
5. Content Distribution & Promotion Develop content distribution plans for social media, email marketing, and paid channels. Collaborate with social media and digital marketing teams to amplify reach. Explore partnerships, guest blogging, and influencer collaborations.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align content with business objectives. Gather insights from internal teams to create valuable, relevant content.
7. Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and new content formats. Experiment with new content approaches, AI tools, and interactive formats.
