Why Nurses Choose Float $60–$80 per hour Flexible, independent contract work Choose the visits that work for your schedule One-on-one patient care Put your IV and clinical skills to work outside of the hospital What You'll Do As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including: Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs Monitoring patients throughout treatment Providing patient education and support Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care Requirements Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted Current BLS certification Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience Experience in any of the following areas is especially valuable: Home Infusion Infusion Center Oncology Emergency Department ICU / Critical Care Hematology Infectious Disease Home Health About Float Health Float Health is an on-demand nursing platform that partners with specialty pharmacies to connect experienced nurses with patients who need in-home medication administration.
