Bartender

As a Bartender at Lombardi Cucina Italiana, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails with precision and consistency while providing warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and cocktail ingredients, including flavor profiles and proper usage Guide guests through the cocktail menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on preferences Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized bar at all times Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service Assist with inventory management, tracking supplies, and monitoring stock levels Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities led by management or the Beverage Director Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment, with a strong focus on craft cocktails In-depth knowledge of mixology principles, classic and modern cocktail recipes, and drink-making techniques Creative palate with an eye for balanced, innovative cocktail development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
