SQT Trainer II Bilingual

The SQT Trainer II participates in and conducts heavy equipment operator training programs. Will identify and facilitate training objectives and write training programs, including facilitator guides, participant guides, pre and post assessments, and any supporting media. The SQT Trainer II ensures that all employees are safe from dangers and are educated well on handling safety concerns and problems.

Alongside this, the Safety Trainer properly educates and informs all company employees on the company's safety protocols and procedures. It is the safety trainer's responsibility to work closely with the Training Manager on how they will be able to conduct and enforce safety program throughout their organization.
