Senior Manager - Marketing & Content

The Sr. Manager – Marketing & Content is responsible for leading enterprise storytelling and content strategy efforts that strengthen Ecumen's reputation, amplify mission impact, and build trust among residents, families, employees, donors, partners, and community stakeholders. This position is responsible for content strategy, brand storytelling, and audience engagement, and is pivotal in enhancing Ecumen's brand presence and delivering high-quality content that aligns with organizational and business goals.

This position also serves as a strategic leader and hands-on content creator, balancing long-term content planning with day-to-day content development and execution.
