• BROWNSVILLE, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Manufacturing, SUMMARY: The Sales Admin will follow the order cycle from order entry to delivery from our Brownsville facility. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of diplomacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that orders are entered in timely and accurately. Review available inventory in plant and warehouse. A Sales Order Report must be generated from every PO to confirm acceptance of the order with the customer. Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their PO. Generate PO from Forza Steel USA to Forza Steel Mexico for each customer PO.

Generate daily sales report end of each day. Review with sales persons their weekly sales objectives. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Accounting SAP Some pipe or steel experience is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Computer literate in Microsoft Office – with emphasis on Excel Bilingual in Spanish preferred Must be respectful, honest, and demonstrate a strong work ethic EDUCATION: High School Diploma PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
