Applications Specialist

The Applications Specialist provides support for UPM end users on the ERP system and other business process applications. Acting as a technology leason and advisor for multiple departments across the company, they will be in constant communication with other UPM team members, within and outside of the IT department, to drive efficiency of current processes as well as using application tools to help develop new processes.

Exposure to all levels of UPM procedure, from detailed order entry to widescale strategic initiatives, is expected. With opportunities to take part in major business improvement initiatives, this role positions an individual for growth of their knowledge in both business and IT processes.
