The individual ideally possesses the following qualities: A passion for food, wine and service A strong sense of urgency Strong organization skills A desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) Knowledge of tableside etiquette A desire for growth Have long term goals in the service industry A rigorous attention to detail Candidates should have 2-4 years of restaurant experience; fine dining/premium casual experience preferred Must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
