Concierge

Founded in 1966, Friendship offers diverse senior living accommodations, award-winning care, new and innovative services, as well as specialized rehab and therapy, to over 1,500 residents and patients each day. The Town Center Concierge is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Director of Independent Living, greeting and directing all visitors and callers of the facility.

They ensure that all persons entering the facility (staff, vendors, guests, and residents) are following the correct procedures for building and resident safety.

Pay Range

$15-$17 per hour Roles & Responsibilities: Support daily operations and activities, greet all incoming persons, direct all visitor and vendors to appropriate areas Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and any other members of the care team as appropriate Answer all incoming calls courteously and in a timely fashion; ensure all calls are directed to the appropriate department or staff member Receive and respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional and timely manner Perform basic administrative functions to include mail sorting & distribution to employees and residents Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and document preparation; proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Worxhub, and switchboard operation Maintain a high level of organization and effectively prioritize daily responsibilities Utilize available resources to address questions, resolve issues, and complete tasks efficiently Regularly monitor and respond to email communications to ensure timely follow-up and coordination Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with basic office equipment Must possess excellent phone/communication skills Strong organizational skills While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Education
