Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI. Seeking a Fleet Mechanic B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment. Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM Pay: $31.90/HR CDL Incentive Pay (Additional $1.00/per hour with active CDL A license)-Preferred but not required Perks and Benefits: WEEKLY PAY!

Union Benefits Incentive pay Eligibility 0.25 per T Series ASE certification -Maximum $2.00 per hour Paid Time off and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment Health, dental, and vision coverage Reyes Rewards and referral bonuses Position Responsibilities: Responsible for accurately inspecting, repairing and completing routine preventative maintenance of Fleet Equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs.

Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online Asset. Works system. Vehicles and Fleet Equipment. Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.

Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices. This position requires driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.

The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years. Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMSCA Clearinghouse review.

Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 2 plus years of related experience Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess own tools.
