Sales Engineer (Tapes & Industrial Adhesives, Hosur)

The candidate will be responsible for handling sales of premium range of industrial adhesives and tapes in various industrial sectors. Candidates having knowledge and experience in Industrial adhesives and tapes are best fit for this position. He will be responsible for managing direct sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer service, technical support and driving business growth for the assigned products and territory.

He should be familiar with industrial adhesive and Tapes products such as Tesa, or other similar products. Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge. Salary will be offered at par with the industry standard. He should be a team worker, collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed the company’s overall sales revenue.

He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, negotiation & closing of sales for the Product groups assigned to him. Including Customer Service, Order Management, payment collections, solving customer issues etc.. Meet sales and collection objectives within the designated territory and oversee the profitability of the assigned product group.

Should be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members. Preparing commercial and technical proposals. Should be familiar with manufacturing processes and machinery used in industrial operations Should be able to manage commercial negotiations with sound techno-commercial knowledge Good command over spoken and written English(Manadtory) Kannada, Telugu & Tamil is preferred Should be responsible for conducting trials and demonstrations and delivering effective solutions.

Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and after-sales service, trouble shooting activities to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. • Hosur and around Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly (Tamilnadu, Andhra & Karnataka) Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation.
