Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, safety, and upkeep of Newsmax's New York and remote locations. This role oversees critical building systems, vendor and landlord relationships, life-safety compliance, purchasing of equipment and services, and general office administration. The Facilities Manager acts as the primary point of contact for building management, engineering, construction, and security teams, and ensures both locations remain safe, compliant, well-equipped, and operationally ready at all times.
