QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product analysis and inspection, including physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of Magnolia and coffee products. Review and verify receiving documents and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for coffee products. Prepare complete, accurate, and timely inspection, analysis, and verification reports. Investigate non‑conforming raw materials, manufactured products, and traded products.

Coordinate disposition and replacement of coffee products related to customer complaints. Implement and monitor retention and excess sample inventory management. Review Corrective Action Reports (CARs) to ensure effective closure. Inspect and verify product conditions in Sta. Rosa, RTE, and Marikina warehouses. Monitor and control on‑hold and released product status.

Conduct audits and verification checks for GHP, GWP, company procedures, and regulatory compliance. Maintain 5S practices, document control, and QA record archiving. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
