Post Closing Coordinator I

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing Coordinator I to support our lending departments by managing post-closing documentation, member inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations and compliance across mortgage, consumer, and business loan processes.

Key Responsibilities

o Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and interoffice memos o Set up and scan loan files for electronic imaging o Print and mail mortgage disclosures per regulatory timelines o Process incoming loan documents and checks for payoffs o Maintain organized loan files and vault records o Schedule delivery/pickup of loan packages o Prepare and submit quality control audit files o Manage office supplies and storage logs o Process re-conveyances and demand statements Member & Team Support: o Safeguard sensitive member information o Research and resolve basic post-closing inquiries o Answer calls and direct to appropriate team members o Represent RCU professionally in all interactions Join us and discover why you'll love working at Redwood Credit Union!
