As a Night Room Attendant , you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards of the hotel during overnight hours. You will ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas are impeccably maintained, supporting a seamless guest experience while preparing the property for the day ahead.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellence within a luxury hospitality environment and is comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest standards during overnight operations Complete room servicing, refreshes and turndown-related tasks as assigned Ensure all guest rooms are fully replenished with amenities, linens and supplies Carry out deep-cleaning duties and overnight housekeeping projects to support overall hotel presentation standards Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping enquiries during the night shift Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.
Follow all housekeeping procedures and brand presentation standards consistently Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or damaged items promptly and accurately Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, secure, clean and welcoming condition Support preparations for the following day's operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are guest-ready Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations at all times Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and Security teams to ensure seamless overnight operations Uphold all health, safety and hygiene procedures and company policies Core Competencies We are seeking a professional and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence.
You should have: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation and cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment Good organisational and time‑management skills A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate operational needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional presentation and a positive, service‑driven attitude Reliability and flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
