Project Coordinator We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to manage dubbing and audio production projects. This role ensures smooth coordination between teams, clients, and partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time. What You’ll Do: Coordinate project kick-offs and asset handovers Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams Communicate schedules and requirements clearly Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively Ensure all materials are complete before production Maintain accurate project data and documentation What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in any field Proficient in English (written and spoken) Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
