Customer Experience Supervisor

The Customer Experience Supervisor is expected to model the Kalsec service commitment of being prompt, professional, consultative, friendly, and helpful while helping the team deliver consistent, accurate, and timely support. Working as part of the sales process, this role partners with customers and internal cross-functional teams to drive first-contact resolution, support company objectives, and monitor, measure, motivate, and manage individual and team performance.
