Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 💙 $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only) 🕗 12-Hour Shifts | 7am-7pm Nursing with a Purpose At Open Arms Care, you'll do more than provide medical care. You'll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live healthier, safer, and more independent lives while being part of a supportive team that truly makes a difference.

What You'll Do

Administer medications and treatments. Monitor health conditions, vital signs, and documentation. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies. Support physician appointments and follow physician orders. Train and support staff on health-related needs. Participate in Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Assist with daily living needs when necessary. Help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the individuals we serve.

What You'll Need

Active Tennessee LPN License. Valid driver's license. BLS Certification within 30 days of hire (training available). PCM Certification within 60 days of hire (training available). Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
