Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Our State Farm agency is looking for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a role with variety. This position is a balanced role involving both service and sales—supporting our existing customers with everyday policy and billing needs while also identifying opportunities to protect them better through consultative conversations.

If you’re organized, personable, and motivated by both helping customers and hitting goals, you’ll fit right in with our small, collaborative team. This role can grow over time based on your strengths and the needs of the agency. What You’ll Do

• Assist existing customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, changes/updates, and general account support
• Provide a smooth customer experience through phone, email, text, and in-person communication
• Use needs-based conversations to identify gaps, make recommendations, and offer additional products when appropriate
• Follow up on quotes, requests, and open items to ensure excellent service and strong retention
• Stay organized with documentation, activity tracking, and timely follow-through
• Work closely with the team to meet service standards and achieve sales goals What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, banking, hospitality, or insurance is a plus (not required)
