In this role, you’ll work directly with working families, helping them understand the benefits available to them and guiding them through the process of making informed decisions.

You’ll also receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development designed to help you build skills in communication, client relations, sales, and leadership We’re Looking for Someone Who: Takes initiative Communicates confidently Enjoys meeting and working with different people Is motivated by goals and personal growth Can stay productive without constant supervision Is comfortable learning new skills Wants more responsibility as they grow Is interested in developing into a leadership role You do not need to come from a sales background .

We’ve seen successful professionals come from customer service, hospitality, education, retail, healthcare, recruiting, management, and many other industries. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. One Important Note: This is a client-facing, sales-focused position — it is not an HR or benefits-administration role.

Our team works directly with families to educate them on their available benefits and help them make decisions based on their individual needs.
