Financial Controller

Responsibilities

/ Tasks Coordinate the monthly hard close process and prepare monthly IFRS financial statements. Manage trial balance and adjustment schedules, account reconciliations, and flux analysis. Prepare and submit Group reporting through consolidation tools and platforms in line with deadlines. Prepare PoC statements and support cost controlling activities in collaboration with Project Teams.

Prepare margin analysis, cost center analysis, and profit center split reports in close collaboration with Sales and Project Teams. Manage IFRS 16 data preparation and submission through Tagetik. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, and submit them through SAC. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required.

Your Profile

/ Qualifications University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 5–6 years of experience in Audit or Financial Controlling, preferably within an international company. Big 4 experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.

CPA / SMMM qualification is a plus. Good knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics, SAC, and BW. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
