Customer Service - Remote - Entry Level

Responsibilities

In this position, you’ll work with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs.

Your responsibilities

Speaking with members through inbound and outbound phone calls Scheduling virtual appointments with individuals requesting additional information Reviewing available benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner Assisting clients with online applications, forms, and required documentation Maintaining accurate and organized client records Following established company procedures and compliance requirements Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development What We’re Looking For This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with clients, and working in a professional remote environment.
