Courtney Texas State Veterans Home, you will serve in a unique and meaningful role supporting the men and women who have served our country, along with their families. This position is more than admissions coordination. You will be a guide, advocate, and ambassador of the Touchstone Experience, ensuring every Veteran and family member feels welcomed, respected, informed, and valued throughout their healthcare journey.

The Touchstone Experience: What You'll Do Be the First Impression Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our Veterans Home, creating a compassionate and professional experience for Veterans, families, referral partners, and visitors from the very first interaction.

Honor Those Who Served Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating respect, patience, and empathy when working with Veterans and their loved ones. Ensure every interaction reflects dignity, gratitude, and appreciation for their service. Build Trusted Relationships Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations to facilitate seamless transitions into care.

Guide with Compassion and Confidence Support Veterans and families through the admissions process with empathy, transparency, and professionalism, helping them navigate healthcare decisions with confidence and peace of mind. Coordinate with Excellence Review referrals, assess admission eligibility, ensure clinical appropriateness, and coordinate efficient admissions while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all documentation.

Create a Seamless Arrival Experience Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, social services, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure each Veteran receives a personalized and welcoming admission experience. Drive Impact Manage inquiry pipelines, referrals, admissions metrics, and census growth initiatives while keeping the needs of Veterans and families at the center of every decision.

What You Bring Minimum one (1) year of admissions, marketing, business development, or sales experience within the skilled nursing industry required Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for serving Veterans and their families Strong relationship-building and communication abilities Proven ability to influence, educate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through Working knowledge of EMRs, referral platforms, and admissions processes A results-oriented mindset balanced with genuine compassion and service excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment Benefits & Perks At Touchstone, we care for our team members the same way we care for our residents and Veterans, with purpose, compassion, and commitment.
