Warehouse Operations Manager

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. is looking for an experienced, hands-on operations leader to help guide and support our distribution center team in Edgerton, Kansas. In this role, you will oversee key distribution and transportation functions, including shipping, receiving, returns and damages, inventory control, building maintenance, safety, staffing, associate engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently while supporting cost control, productivity, quality, and team development.
