Mon 6:30p-8p, Tues 4p or 6:30p-8p, Wed 2:30p-8p, Thurs 4:30p-8p, Fri 6:30p-10p, Sat 12p-10p, Sun 8a-1p OR 6p-8p Hot Springs Village, AR
The Consultant assesses the waiver participant by completing an Adaptive Assessment and a Functional Behavioral Assessment. The Consultant develops an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) based on the assessment utilizing exclusively evidence-based practices. The Consultant trains the treatment team to implement the intervention(s) and collect detailed data regarding the client’s progress.
