Manager of Housekeeping

The Manager of Housekeeping provides the leadership and assists in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including the planning, organization, execution and accountability of all related functions, procedures, programs and policies in achieving the standards for all guest accommodations and efficient operations of the department.

This individual provides direct supervision of the department inspectors and line level employees. This individual will ensure the staff’s commitment to maintaining service expectations through direct observation, communication and recognition. This is a very hands-on position that entails spending the shift deployed with your housekeeping staff, personally performing inspections and providing on-going training to the staff.
