Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to lead design and delivery of scalable web and cloud applications. This role requires deep technical ownership across front-end and back-end layers, strong architecture and code-quality habits and demonstrated experience guiding cross-functional teams to deliver production software.

You will shape system design, review and improve engineering practices, and drive engineering outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of full-stack features and services across frontend and backend systems. Architect scalable, secure APIs and data models; define service boundaries and integration contracts. Drive code quality through design reviews, automated testing and CI/CD practices. Mentor and enable engineers by setting standards, running design/code reviews, and improving team workflows (code ownership, release cadence, incident response).

Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to deliver reliable releases and reduce time-to-value. Identify technical debt, propose prioritized remediation and implement improvements to performance and reliability Own delivery commitments for major features and act as technical lead on cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience building production web applications and services (or equivalent). Strong full-stack proficiency — comfortable implementing complex UI as well as robust backend systems. Backend: experience with Node.js (Express/Nest), Python (Django/FastAPI), designing RESTful APIs.

Frontend: practical experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue) and frontend build tooling. Databases: strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with at least one NoSQL datastore (MongoDB or Firebase). Proven experience with Git workflows and automated CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms and scaling considerations.

Clear communication skills and experience coordinating across teams; demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery. Valued Skills Cloud: hands-on with AWS / GCP / Azure services Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
