Manager, Stadium Security Department: Stadium Operations Direct Supervisor: Director, Stadium Security Status: Full-time Summary: The Manager, Stadium Security is responsible for supporting the development, planning, and execution of security operations for South Florida Motorsports, including the Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, and other Miami International Autodrome (MIA) events, while also supporting security initiatives across the Hard Rock Stadium campus.

This position requires proficiency in event operations, vendor oversight, and the implementation of site management protocols. The role partners with internal stakeholders, public safety agencies, and security service providers to ensure the safety and security of guests, participants, and employees while protecting critical assets.

The ideal candidate will be able to think big picture while maintaining a strong attention to detail, be comfortable working with leadership, and work well in an ever-changing environment. Location: This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities

Conduct advance site assessments and collaborate with local law enforcement on high profile transportation, and other accommodations. Conduct a risk analysis for all campus zones and develop race-week security plans aligned with each zone’s respective audience. Coordinate campus perimeter security, enforce prohibited‑items policies, manage guest‑flow systems, and oversee vehicle screening operations, ensuring all screening procedures aligned with venue safety standards and operational best practices.

Oversee campus security vendor relationships including recruitment timelines, training schedules and materials, and onsite operations. Manage large-scale events, contract security providers, and cross-functional operational teams Assist in security oversight in event command including CCTV, incident tracking and compliance documentation.

Serve as the primary contact for event stakeholders such as FIA officials, MDSO, and MDFR.

Qualifications
