Riverside Community Care Love What You Do! Housing Coordinator ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community.

As a member of the ACCS team, t he Housing Coordinator will work as a member of Persons ’ Team having primary responsibility for supporting Persons in attain ing and keep ing stable , secure housing. The Housing Coordinator will: educate staff and Person s using ACCS services about tenancy issues, housing rights, and resources assist Persons with applying for and attaining subsidies work with Persons to secure housing that meet s their needs and will guide the Person in learning the skills necessary to maintain community housing provide a single point of contact for developing relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and DMH Area housing staff, to foster communication and provide advocacy Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $23.
