Crew Member - Donut Shop

We have a quacktastic opportunity! Duck Donuts is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in a full or part-time capacity. If you have an upbeat personality, are a team player with a strong work ethic, and are seeking a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment, then Duck Donuts may be the perfect fit for you!

Preferred candidates are 18+ due to requirements of handling special equipment Pay Range is $11-$13 per hour (average of $13 - $16 per hour including tips ) Preferred candidates are available to work weekdays and afternoon shifts, primarily Tue-Thu Must be available to work mornings (typically 7am-12pm ) and/or evenings (typically 12pm-6pm ) Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional service to all Duck Donuts guests.

Helping customers order creative donuts and operating the cash register accurately. Creating a variety of hot, iced, and frozen beverages. Creating beautiful donuts customized for each guest. Prepares donut batter and operates the donut fryer. (*18+ years of age required.) Prepares recipes according to Duck Donuts standards.

Maintains a clean, safe, and friendly work environment. Works as part of a team to complete orders efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience in foodservice or retail Has an energetic and upbeat personality and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to provide exceptional service to guests Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid training Company discount Supplemental benefits available Shifts / Schedule: Weekdays (starting 7am, or closing 6pm) Weekends (starting 7am, or closing 6pm) 6-7 hour shifts (morning and afternoon)

• Excellent customer service skills with desire to delight each guest;
• Eagerness to be trained and coached on new skills and best practices;
• Initiative to complete tasks on own without being micro-managed

It all began on the sandy beaches of the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina. There, Russ Di. Gilio and his family would enjoy relaxing and fun vacations… but something was missing, there were no fresh donuts! So, they decided to create their own… and Duck Donuts was born.
