Salaried GP - Fixed Term Contract

About the Role

Southend Medical Centre is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team on a fixed-term basis from November 2026 until March 2027. We are offering up to 4 sessions per week, with days and times negotiable. We are happy to consider face-to-face consulting, remote working, or a blended approach to suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the practice.

What We Offer

Fixed-term contract from November 2026 to March 2027 Up to 4 sessions per week Flexible and negotiable working pattern Face-to-face, remote, or hybrid working arrangements considered BMA model contract Annual sessional rate of up to £11,000 per session per annum, dependent on experience Annual leave entitlement in accordance with BMA terms and conditions Supportive clinical and administrative team Systm.

About the Candidate Essential requirements: Fully registered GP with GMC licence to practise Previous primary care / general practice experience Systm.
