Applicant must be capable of handling cases throughout the litigation process with supervision.

Experience with motion practice essential. The position will be responsible for civil litigation cases. Examples of Civil Litigation Attorney responsibilities: Meet with clients in your office to discuss legal issues and to devise litigation strategies Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with the client to determine the best strategy for their legal matter Draft motions and other papers.

Conduct discovery. Depose party opponents, experts and third parties Attend all hearings on behalf of clients and argue in support of motions and papers. Conduct hearings and trials as required Assist clients with executing settlement agreements The position is full time. Salary is commensurate with experience. Compensation

& Work Details Salary Range: $160,000–$200,000 Hours: depends on salary, but around 120-125000. Work Arrangement: Onsite. Bonus: 20% of billing above base. 20% of originated work Benefits: Medical, dental, vision. 401(k): 401k with matching.
