com/ Join Our Growing Team! We’re looking for a Part-Time (10-24 hours per week) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our pediatric practice. If you enjoy working with children and families, communicate well, and thrive in a supportive team environment, we’d love to meet you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Welcome and support patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare exam rooms
• Assist with sick and well visits
• Perform vision and hearing screenings
• Administer vaccines and medications under provider direction
• Complete point-of-care testing (strep, flu, urine, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Athena, our EMR
• Follow established workflows and help keep the day running smoothly
• Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and front office team
• Contribute positively to teamwork, communication, and office flow QUALIFICATIONS
• Active CMA/RMA certification (required)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong electronic medical record (EMR) skills (Athena experience a bonus)
• Microsoft and Google Suite proficient
• Must be willing to work at our second office in Freehold as needed You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
