Director of Memory Care
Job description
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, human services, gerontology, business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, and person-centered care practices.
Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive operational excellence. Knowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations and compliance requirements. Meets or has the ability to meet applicable state qualification requirements for Assisted Living Executive Directors-preferred. Experience managing budgets, expenses, and departmental performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, team members, and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn EHR and other healthcare software systems. Ready to make a difference every day?

We're looking for a compassionate and service-driven Director of Memory Care who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia while leading a dedicated care team. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of the Memory Care Neighborhood, including resident care, life enrichment programming, staff development, family engagement, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
You'll play a key role in supporting residents' quality of life through person-centered care while fostering a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, families, and team members.
