Job description
In this position you will inspect new and existing structures for compliance with the latest adopted codes and ordinances to safeguard the public safety, health, and general welfare within the built environment. This includes but is not limited to conducting inspections in the following disciplines: Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural.
This is accomplished by performing field “Site” inspections; documenting inspections; investigating compliance concerns; administers and interprets applicable sections of adopted codes and ordinances.
