Live In Carer

Full Time – Live-in Care Professional At Abicare, we're looking for experienced, compassionate people who genuinely want to make a difference. As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll live with one client in their own home, providing personalised care, companionship and practical support to help them remain safe, independent and comfortable.

This is a rewarding role where you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly person-centred care, supporting clients with everything from personal care and medication to preparing meals, household tasks and accompanying them on outings or appointments. We welcome applications from experienced Live-in Carers, Care Assistants, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Home Care Professionals.

We provide live-in care across the South West of England and South Wales, including Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Bournemouth, Southampton, Exeter, Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available; you must have permission to work in the UK.

As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll provide high-quality care and support while living in your client's home during your placement.

Personal care Medication support Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation Light household duties Shopping and accompanying clients to appointments Dementia support Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing Communicating with families and healthcare professionals What we're looking for Minimum 6 months' live-in care experience Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Confident supporting personal care and moving & handling Kind, reliable and compassionate Good communication skills Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role) What we offer Salary: £800.
