Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Bilingual Spanish Position ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I’m starting my 18th year as a State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 24 years. Our team is made up of seven full-time members who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful relationships with our customers. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and am actively involved with Water Step, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean drinking water worldwide. Our office has a great vibe, with a team ranging in age from early 20s to mid-50s (I’m the “old man” of the group). We stay busy, and we like it that way, but we also make time to celebrate both big wins and small successes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
