The Opportunity: At Graziano's Bird Road Restaurant, we are currently seeking an experienced Bartender. The successful candidate will uphold our high standards of exceptional service, top-quality beverages, and detailed knowledge of our drink offerings to enrich our guests' experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. Maintain inventory and bar supply levels. Offer superior customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our patrons. Assist in creating innovative and interesting beverage options to complement menu.

Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Desired Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant setting. Thorough knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong understanding of mixology, wine, spirits, and beer. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends and holidays, as needed. Nice-to-Haves: Bartending certifications. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Fluency in Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele. Knowledge of traditional Argentine beverages or wines. A passion for excellent customer service and a love for food and drink.
