Supervisor - Manufacturing III

Responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations by supervising hourly production employees, ensuring a safe work environment, meeting production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Supervisor provides coaching and performance management, enforces company policies and safety procedures, coordinates staffing and training, and partners with maintenance, quality, and other departments to achieve operational goals.

Requires a minimum of five years of experience supervising hourly employees in a manufacturing environment, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
