Your role

as an Optician will be to serve each and every patient with expertise, friendliness, and compassion. Helping patients select the perfect eyewear, including frames, lenses, and lens coatings, based on their prescriptions and style preferences. Measuring and fitting patients for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Assisting with frame adjustments and repairs to ensure optimal fit and comfort. Educating patients on proper eyewear care and lens maintenance.

Verifying and dispensing optical prescriptions as prescribed by the optometrist. Maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the eyewear dispensing process. Utilizing electronic medical record systems and ensuring all necessary data is accurately recorded. Ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and receives outstanding care throughout their encounter with us.
