A facility near Indianola, IA, is seeking a Social Worker to join their behavioral health team! Social Worker Opportunity: Full-time, permanent opportunity Mon-Fri; Day Shift Provide evidence-based mental health counseling, psychosocial assessments, and individualized treatment planning. Coordinate patient care with psychiatrists, interdisciplinary teams, and community agencies.

Maintain compliant EHR documentation, promote patient safety and quality improvement, and support staff education.
