Flexible scheduling for many roles Position Summary Participate in all agency and/or Butler County Job Department of Job and Family Services committees of projects as designated.

Assist with entering clients into the EHR, maintain data spreadsheets, administer drug screens as needed. Provide diagnostic assessments to address barriers to employment for unemployed or underemployed clients that may have mental health and/or co-occuring disorders of mental health and substance abuse. Develop a treatment plan to address identified barriers to employment and assist in connecting clients to the correct providers to address these issues.

Staff cases as needed with JFS and other providers involved in client's case as needed. Submit necessary documentation in a timely manner; meet service delivery targets. Participate in training to strengthen effective delivery of services. Provide direct case management services; these include: assessment, treatment services planning, and assistance in daily living, supportive services, crisis intervention, linkage/referrala/advocacy, and suport of client's self-determination.

Work collaboratively with other agencies involved in client's care. Assume other duties as required by Supervisor. What We Value in our next Assessor Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related field. Ohio licensure in either social work or counseling. SUD experience preferred.
