• Food Service, Job Description As a Busser, you will support the TiAmo Restaurant team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and helping ensure a positive and efficient guest experience. The Busser plays an important role in keeping the restaurant properly stocked, clean, and ready for service. Job Requirements & Responsibilities Provide support and supplies to servers throughout service. Polish, organize, and stock silverware, linens, glassware, and other service equipment. Set, clear, clean, and reset tables before, during, and after service. Set tables with appropriate tabletop equipment according to restaurant standards. Ensure guest tables and surrounding areas are cleaned promptly and maintained to established standards. Prepare and maintain coffee service as needed. Assist servers with guest service and other tasks as requested. Complete all assigned opening and closing side duties. Maintain knowledge of menu food and beverage items to effectively assist guests and team members. Communicate with kitchen staff to help maintain proper service flow. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and work areas. Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests, team members, and vendors. Follow all applicable health, safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards. Perform other duties as assigned. : Education and Experience Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous restaurant, bussing, or food service experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Additional Requirements Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment. Ability to work effectively and maintain positive working relationships with team members and management at all levels. Must maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards. Must be flexible and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with the potential for overtime based on business needs. Must be able to work in an environment that may include exposure to secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lighting, dust, and other environmental conditions associated with a casino and restaurant setting.
