Lead Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the design team at a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company, taking hands-on ownership of product design, brand, and design-team leadership. You will shape experiences across several product areas for businesses using AI to manage customer communications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead product design across three product areas in close collaboration with product and engineering.
• Spend time designing hands-on, conducting customer interviews, and developing the brand and website.
• Guide the design team across product, brand, and web while remaining involved in day-to-day design work.
• Set and maintain consistent design standards across products and customer touchpoints.
• Build and scale design systems, using customer insights and analytics to measure outcomes and improve designs.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate design work and support a fast, iterative shipping cadence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least five years of end-to-end product design experience, with ownership across multiple product areas.
• Hands-on expertise in Figma, prototyping, and user interviews, plus experience building and scaling design systems.
• Experience owning product, brand, and website design, with an analytical approach to evaluating design decisions.
• Design-team leadership experience or readiness to take on team responsibility while staying hands-on.
• Experience with modern AI tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude, and an interest in AI-enabled products.
• Native-level German and good professional English.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary range: €80,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
