Experience: 8+ Years Location: US Notice Period: Immediate - 30days Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise with 10+ years of experience in Pega Smart Dispute and a strong background in the banking and financial services sector. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and clarify requirements.

Engage and manage stakeholders across various teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables. Propose streamlined workflows and automation or redundancies. Ensuring the requirements align with business goals Ensure systems and processes comply with local and international regulations Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updating the processes accordingly.

Better understand the customer needs and preferences to deliver the right products and services for enhancing customer satisfaction. Automation mindset for process optimizations, operational efficiency improvements. A motivated BA with a proven history of delivering the customer centric solutions across various domains in the Banking industry.

Experience in any BPM tool, Pega skill is a bonus for this role. Experience in software development methodologies such as agile/Scrum.
