Same Day Access Manager

We are offering a great opportunity for a full-time Licensed Same Day Access (SDA) Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Same Day Access (SDA) program.
• Supervise SDA staff and ensure program deliverables are met.
• Offer clinical guidance and support trauma-informed service delivery.
• Ensure program compliance with regulations and monitor reimbursement.
• Provide backup support for key program functions as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience providing clinical services and supervising behavioral healthcare programs.
• Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSATP and registered with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• OR: An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of STEP-VA mandates.
• Experience working with: – Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) – Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) – Substance Use Disorders (SUD) – Co-occurring disorders Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Understanding of eligibility criteria for behavioral health programs and reimbursement requirements.
• Knowledge of community resources within the GRCSB catchment and surrounding areas.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency with computers for documentation, reports, medical records, email, and related programs.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with employees, partner agencies, consumers, and families. Special Work Conditions
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., meeting supplies, office items).
• Availability to work evenings as needed for board/agency functions.
• Travel throughout the Commonwealth, including overnight stays when applicable.
• Fingerprinting, State and FBI criminal background checks, drug testing, and central registry checks required.
