Standard. Aero is seeking a motivated Articling Student for a one-year articling term starting in May 2027 with our in-house Legal team in Winnipeg to support its Commercial Engine Services division. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience advising a global aerospace company while working alongside experienced in-house counsel and business leaders.
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (Hybrid) Term: One year Position: Articling Student Department: Legal What You'll Do: Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements; Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused legal support; Support legal operations and practice management; Assist with corporate, regulatory and transactional matters; and Support dispute resolution and other legal initiatives.
Position Requirements: Law student/graduate eligible to article in Manitoba in 2027 Microsoft Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound judgment, initiative and attention to detail An interest in commercial law and the aerospace industry A collaborative, practical and business-minded approach Why Standard.
